Draft — not legal advice

This describes how the product works today. It must be replaced with terms drafted for each jurisdiction before CASH takes real money.

Who we are

CASH is an international money transfer service. These terms cover your use of the CASH app and website.

Being eligible

You must be 18 or over, live in a country CASH supports, and complete identity verification before you can send money. We may decline or reverse a transfer where the law requires it.

What a transfer costs

Before you authorise a transfer we show you the amount you send, our fee, any payment fee, and the amount your recipient receives. On routes where we confirm the rate by hand, nothing is charged until you accept the quote we send you.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the recipient details you enter. A transfer sent to an account number you typed incorrectly may not be recoverable. Keep your password and your verification codes to yourself — CASH will never ask you for a code.

When things go wrong

If a transfer cannot be completed, we refund the full amount you paid to your original payment method. If you think something is wrong, contact support with your transfer reference.

Cancelling

You can cancel a transfer at any time before you pay for it. After that, contact support.
